  Directions for Use

  After flossing, apply a small amount of toothpaste to a damp toothbrush. Brush gently but thoroughly, preferably after each meal, morning and night, or as recommended by your dentist or oral health professional. For best results, make a mouthwash by dissolving one drop of doTERRA On Guard Toothpaste in 8 oz (236 ml) of water. Swish vigorously for one minute, then rinse with clean water.
