Ingredients:

Application:

• Before and after training, apply 2-4 drops of the mixture to the legs and knees and rub in with light massaging movements.
• Before going to bed, mix 1-2 drops of the mixture with coconut oil (1:1) and apply to the legs of children during the period of intensive growth.
• From stagnation in tissues and the occurrence of discomfort after sedentary work or, conversely, after heavy physical work, apply 2-3 drops of the mixture to the back muscles in the lumbosacral zone and rub in with massage movements.
• Use daily or in courses, as needed if necessary.
