Application

How to use	Recommendations
Diffuser	When stress or tension is high at home, in the classroom or at work, use 3-4 drops daily in a diffuser of your choice. Use daily or in courses as needed. Suitable for adults and children (in dilution and small doses).
Apply to skin	Apply 1 drop of oil to feet before bed and rub for good sleep. For sensitive skin, dilute 1-2 drops of oil in 3-5 drops of fractionated coconut oil (or other carrier oil). For a calming and relaxing massage, use with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil (in a 1:1 ratio). For skin care, add one to two drops of oil to your cleanser. Use daily or in courses as needed. Only diluted and away from UV exposure. Use only the furocoumarin-free version on exposed areas of skin.
Cosmetics	Added to perfumes, toners, cleansers. In the regular version – only to leave-in evening products and in small doses. Suitable if without bergapten.
Sprays	Suitable for air and clothing aromatization (in measured quantities). Effective as a freshener and antiseptic.
Bath / Inhalation	Suitable only in the form without bergapten (Furocoumarin-free bergamot). Otherwise, there is a high risk of phototoxicity even after bathing. It is better to use in the evening and avoid the sun. To feel the calming aroma of bergamot, while enjoying its healing effect on the skin, apply to the skin while taking a shower and inhale deeply. Helps with stress, anxiety, panic attacks. Effective for loss of strength and inhalation before bed. Use daily or in courses as needed.
Cooking	Replace regular Earl Grey tea with tea with the addition of natural pure bergamot essential oil (1-2 drops per 250-500 ml of water). For daily care of overall health and to maintain the health of the gastrointestinal tract, use internally 1 drop of oil in a vegetable capsule VEGGIE CAPS (34100001), or in 1 tsp of honey, or in 4 oz (120 ml) of a drink (soy / rice milk) 1-3 times a day, daily or in courses, as needed.
