Ingredients:

Essential oils: laurel, eucalyptus, peppermint, tea tree, lemon, cardamom, ravintsara, ravensara.

Inhalation use:

• During seasonal threats, use 3-4 drops of the mixture 2-3 times a day in the diffuser of your choice. Or apply 1-2 drops of the mixture and inhale directly from the palms, 3-4 (or more) times daily.

External use:

• To support respiratory health, apply 1-2 drops of the mixture to the chest (or feet) 1-3 times daily and massage in.
• Use daily or in courses as needed.
• For sensitive skin, dilute 1-2 drops of oil in 3-5 drops of fractionated coconut oil (or other carrier oil).
