Application

Directions for use Recommendations
Diffuser To increase concentration, use 3-4 drops daily in the diffuser of your choice. Suitable for stimulating mental activity, increasing concentration and energy. Particularly effective in the morning or during the day. Chemotype 1,8-cineole supports respiratory functions. Use daily or in courses as needed.
Applying to the skin In case of increased hair loss, add 1-2 drops of oil to a portion of shampoo or conditioner during hair care for several months. To support and restore the health of the respiratory system, apply 1-2 drops of oil to the chest 1-3 times a day and rub. For increased skin sensitivity, dilute 1-2 drops of oil in 3-5 drops of fractionated coconut oil (or other carrier oil). Apply daily or in courses as needed. Stimulates blood circulation, reduces cellulite, strengthens hair. Avoid applying to sensitive skin or near the face.
Cosmetics Used in anti-hair loss products, anti-cellulite creams, toning gels. It has a stimulating and antiseptic effect, especially useful for oily and problematic skin.

To relieve nervous tension and fatigue, use internally 1 drop of oil in a VEGGIE CAPS vegetable capsule (34100001) 1-3 times a day, daily or in courses, as needed. Disclaimer: Do not take internally by children under 6 years of age. The essential oil is too concentrated for regular internal use in normal practice.
