Ingredients:
Essential oils: anise, peppermint, ginger, cumin, coriander, tarragon, fennel.
Inhalation:
For nausea and motion sickness, place 1 drop of the mixture in the palms of your hands and, cupping them at your nose, inhale the mixture for a few seconds. Use as needed.
External use:
As a sedative, use before a flight or take on a trip; gently massage a few drops of the mixture into the abdomen.
Internal use:
- To prevent digestive upset, add a few drops of the mixture to water and drink before a flight, trip or other travel.
- To support digestion during and/or after a heavy holiday feast, take 1-2 drops of DigestZen mixture internally in a Veggie Caps or in 1 teaspoon of honey or 120 ml of water.
