Coriander Essential Oil by doTERRA is a soft oil with a warm, spicy-woody aroma and light balsamic notes, obtained from the seeds of the plant by steam distillation. High content of linalool (up to 70%), α-pinene, γ-terpinene and camphor provides antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and sedative properties. The oil supports digestion, relieves tension, tones and is effective for the care of sensitive and inflamed skin, regulating the skin balance. It is widely used in cooking, aromatherapy and cosmetics, providing a calming and tonic effect.

Application

Directions for use	Recommendations
Diffuser	Add 3-4 drops to a diffuser to relieve tension, calm and refresh the air. Combines well with lavender, bergamot or frankincense oils. Apply daily or in courses, as needed.
Applying to skin	Dilute 1-2 drops with 3-5 drops of fractionated coconut oil (or other base oil, 0.5–1%) and apply to skin for oily or inflamed skin care, tension relief (neck or feet) or post-workout massage. Perform a sensitivity test. Apply daily or in courses.
Cosmetics	Used in creams, lotions and masks for sensitive, oily or inflamed skin. Dosage: 1 drop per serving of cosmetic product or 1-2 drops per 10 ml of base oil.
Sprays	Used in relaxing or deodorizing sprays for rooms, body or linen. Dosage: 2-3 drops per 100 ml of water. Combines with lavender, lemon or sandalwood.
Bath / Inhalation	For baths, add 3-5 drops with an emulsifier (salt, honey, cream) for relaxation and stress relief. For inhalations, use 1-2 drops in steam inhalations for digestive problems or anxiety. Suitable for adults and children over 6 years old.
Internal use	To support digestion, add 1 drop to 1 tsp. honey or 120 ml of drink (soy/rice milk) 1-3 times a day. For relief after a large meal – 2-3 drops in a vegetable capsule. Use under the supervision of a specialist, not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
