Inhalation use:
- During car trips, spray in the car for calm and composure.
External use:
- To ensure calm and balance throughout the day, apply 2 drops of the mixture in the morning to the soles of the feet and rub in with massaging movements.
- It is an excellent addition to hand massage when using the Aromatach technique.
- To relieve anxiety, apply 1-2 drops of the mixture to the wrists or neck.
