One of the best properties of spikenard essential oil is its ability to induce feelings of relaxation and calm, which is why it is often used in aromatherapy and meditation. Spikenard has long been revered and traditionally used for anointing honorees, as well as in Indian Ayurvedic medicine. Applications

• Apply to toenails for a neat and healthy look.
• Add spikenard to a hot foot bath for relaxation.
• Add one drop of spikenard to a moisturizer to smooth or soften skin.
• Add 1–2 drops to your favorite cleanser or anti-aging product for a healthy glow.
• Create your own scent: blend spikenard with one or more essential oils, such as clove, cypress, frankincense, geranium, juniper berry, lavender, myrrh, wild orange, rose, or vetiver.

Directions for Use

For massage: mix 5 drops with 10 ml of carrier oil.
