Wild Orange essential oil is one of doTerra’s most popular oils due to its invigorating aroma and a number of health benefits. Inhalation application:

  • For a quick energy boost, mix 1-2 drops of oil with equal parts of peppermint and frankincense oils, drop onto palms, cup them around your nose and inhale deeply. Then rub the remaining mixture on the back of the neck.

Internal use:

  • For daily care of overall health and to maintain gastrointestinal health, use internally 1 drop of oil in a Veggie Caps or in 1 tsp of honey, or 120 ml of a drink (soy/rice milk/water) 1-3 times a day, daily or in courses, as needed.

External use:

  • For disinfection of surfaces, mix 2-3 drops of oil with water (500 ml) in a spray bottle.

Internal use:

It is not recommended to take the oil internally, this may lead to a deterioration in well-being.
