Composition:

Anchor Steadying Blend: Essential oils of lavender, cedar, frankincense, cinnamon, sandalwood, black pepper, patchouli, fractionated coconut oil.

Align: Bergamot, Coriander, Marjoram, Peppermint, Geranium, Basil, Rose, Jasmine, Fractionated Coconut Oil essential oils.

Arise Enlightening blend: Lemon, Grapefruit, Siberian Fir, Osmanthus, Melissa, Fractionated Coconut Oil essential oils.

Uses:

• With doTERRA Anchor aroma blend, recommended poses are: Seated Meditation, Seated Twist, and Bha Mudra (one hand on the heart, one on the ground).
• Ideal yoga poses with doTERRA Align aroma blend are: Warrior II, Triangle, and Gate Pose.
• With doTERRA Arise aroma blend, practice the following poses: High Arms, Stretch, and Moon.

Inhalation:

• Apply a few drops to aroma pendants, or natural dolomite or lava rocks to encourage natural diffusion of essential oils.
• Use daily or in courses as needed.

External application:

Apply 1-2 drops daily to desired areas.
