Ingredients:

Essential oils of spruce, camphor, frankincense, blue tansy, blue chamomile, fractionated coconut oil.

Inhalation use:

• During car trips, spray in the car for calm and composure.

External use:

• To ensure calm and balance throughout the day, apply 2 drops of the mixture in the morning to the soles of the feet and rub in with massaging movements.
• It is an excellent addition to hand massage when using the Aromatach technique.
• To relieve anxiety, apply 1-2 drops of the mixture to the wrists or neck.
• Use daily or in courses, as needed.
• For increased skin sensitivity, dilute 1-2 drops of oil in 3-5 drops of fractionated coconut oil (or other base oil) oils).
