doTerra Fennel Essential Oil, 15 ml
doTerra Lemon Eucalyptus Essential Oil, 15 ml

doTERRA Cassia Essential Oil is a powerful oil with a warm, spicy, cinnamon aroma, steam distilled from the bark of the Cassia plant. A close relative of cinnamon, Cassia has a bright, sweet-spicy aroma that is warming, uplifting, and cozy. It is used to support digestion, immune health, and emotional well-being. Due to its high cinnamaldehyde content, the oil has strong antiseptic and stimulating properties. Cassia is ideal for room fragrance during the cold season and as a culinary flavoring, replacing cinnamon in baked goods, desserts, and snacks. This oil was mentioned in the Old Testament for its unique properties and bright aroma.

Key Benefits

  • 100% pure CPTG essential oil
  • Promotes healthy digestion
  • Supports strong immunity
  • Warming, uplifting
  • Potent antiseptic properties
  • Suitable for flavoring dishes and rooms

Application

Method of application Recommendations
Diffuser In the autumn-winter period, add 1 drop of oil to a mixture of citrus oils (for example, orange) or mix with essential oils of cloves and ginger. Use 3-4 drops of the resulting mixture in a diffuser throughout the day. A strong warming aroma stimulates, improves tone and purifies the air. May irritate mucous membranes, especially in children – use with caution. Use daily or in courses, as needed.
Apply to skin For a warming massage, mix 1-2 drops of oil with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil (in a ratio of 1:2 or 1:3). Do not apply neat due to the risk of burns and irritation. Suitable for relieving tension, but requires caution. Use only in dilution (0.05-0.1%) and after a sensitivity test.
Cosmetics Not used in cosmetics due to high irritant potential. Too aggressive for any skin type, not included in cosmetic formulations even in low concentrations.
Sprays Can be used in antiseptic, seasonal (autumn-winter) air sprays. Use only in a mixture with other oils and in very low concentrations (up to 0.5%). Do not spray in the presence of children or asthmatics.
Bath / Inhalation Not recommended for baths due to the risk of burns and severe skin irritation even when diluted. Use with great caution for inhalation (0.5 drops mixed with soft oils) due to the aggressive effect on mucous membranes. Not recommended in pure form.
Cooking For additional immune support during seasonal threats, take 1-2 drops of oil in a Veggie Caps vegetable capsule, or in 1 tsp of honey, or in 120 ml of drink (soy/rice milk) 1-3 times a day, daily or in courses, as needed. To suppress hunger and improve digestion, mix 1-2 drops of oil with lemon essential oil in a glass of water and take internally. Add one to several drops of oil when baking bread, pies, in snacks and desserts to improve the taste of food and improve digestion. Warning: children under 6 years of age should not take internally. It is used strictly as a flavoring agent in microdoses due to the high content of coumarin.
