How to use	Recommendations
Diffuser	After a hard day, spray to create a relaxing atmosphere. Use 3-4 drops daily in your diffuser of choice. To repel moths, place 1 drop of oil on a cotton ball (disk) and place in a closet. Calms, grounds, stabilizes emotions. Promotes sleep, improves sleep quality. Suitable for men, children, in meditative mixtures.
Applying to skin	During daily facial care, add 2 drops to a portion of cosmetic product. Before training, it is useful to massage the chest to support optimal breathing. Apply 1-2 drops of oil to the chest and rub. For increased skin sensitivity, dilute 1-2 drops of oil in 3-5 drops of fractionated coconut oil (or other base oil). If the child wakes up in a fright, massage the soles of the feet with a mixture (1 drop of oil to 1-2 drops of base oil) to restore calm. Apply daily or in courses, as needed. Supports oily and inflamed skin. Useful in scalp care (dandruff, oiliness). Used in antiseptic and healing mixtures.
