Internal Use:

For cardiovascular support, place one to two drops in a VEGGIE CAPS (34100001), or in 1 tsp honey, or in 4 oz (120 ml) of beverage (soy/rice milk), 1-3 times daily or cycled as needed. Caution: Do not use internally for children under 6 years of age.

External use:

To clean teeth and gums, add one drop of oil to a serving of toothpaste.
For soothing relief of inflammation in the mouth, place one drop of oil in 60 ml of water and rinse.
For a stimulating and warming massage, dilute 1-2 drops of oil in 3-5 drops of fractionated coconut oil (or other carrier oil).

Inhalation use:
