Method of obtaining essential oil: Steam distillation.
Main chemical components of the oil: Linalool, α-pinene, γ-terpinene, camphor.
Aroma: Floral, herbaceous, with a note of greenery.
Internal Use:
- For digestive health, dilute one drop of oil in 1 tsp honey or 4 oz (120 ml) of beverage (soy/rice milk) 1-3 times daily or in cycles as needed.
- For digestion after a large meal, place 2-3 drops of oil in a veggie capsule and take internally.
- Caution: Do not take internally by children under 6 years of age.
External Use:
- Apply one to two drops to desired area of skin and rub in. For sensitive skin, dilute 1-2 drops of oil in 3-5 drops of fractionated coconut oil (or other carrier oil). Use daily or in cycles as needed.
- For a clear, youthful complexion, apply to oily skin mixed with Fractionated Coconut Oil (1:1) or with a portion of your favorite beauty product (1 drop of oil per portion of product).
- For stress relief, apply 1-2 drops to the back of your neck (or feet) and massage in.
- For a relaxing post-workout massage, apply 2-3 drops to your feet mixed with 3-5 drops of doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil (or other carrier oil). Suitable for daily use.
Inhalation:
For stress relief or to freshen the air, use three to four drops daily in the diffuser of your choice.

Use with caution in case of increased skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. Pregnant women and people under medical supervision should consult their doctor. Avoid contact with eyes, ears and other sensitive areas.
