Inhalation use:

To increase protection of the respiratory tract, as well as to increase tone, concentration and activation of brain activity, apply 1 drop of oil to the palms of your hands and, putting them near your nose, inhale deeply. Use 1-5 times daily, or as needed.
For respiratory and immune health support, use 3-4 drops daily in the diffuser of your choice. Use daily or as needed.

Topical Use:

To clean surfaces in your kitchen or bathroom, combine with Lemon and Peppermint essential oils in a spray bottle and use to clean.
To refresh skin, add one drop to a dollop of moisturizer, apply to skin and massage in.
For respiratory support, to improve breathing – apply 1-2 drops to chest 1-3 times daily and massage in. For sensitive skin, dilute 1-2 drops in 3-5 drops of fractionated coconut oil (or other carrier oil). Apply daily or in courses, as needed.

Petitgrain essential oil is obtained from the leaves and young branches (shoots) of bitter orange. Petitgrain oil has long been used to purify air and surfaces, to maintain a strong immune system.
