Application

Directions for use	Recommendations
Diffuser	Add 3-4 drops to a diffuser to purify the air, support the respiratory and immune systems, and improve concentration. Combines with lemon, peppermint or lavender oils. Use daily or as needed.
Skin Application	Dilute 1-2 drops with 3-5 drops of fractionated coconut oil (or other carrier oil, 1-2%) and apply to the chest to support breathing or to the skin to heal and cleanse. To refresh the skin, add 1 drop to a portion of moisturizer and rub in. To cleanse surfaces, mix with lemon and peppermint oils in a spray bottle. Perform a sensitivity test. Use daily or in courses.
