Application

How to use	Recommendations
Diffuser	Add 3-4 drops to a diffuser to support the nervous system, restore balance and create an atmosphere of relaxation. Combines with lavender, myrrh, sandalwood or citrus oils. Apply daily or in courses, as needed.
Applying to skin	Dilute 1-2 drops with 3-5 drops of fractionated coconut oil (or other base oil, 1-2%) and apply to the skin of the face, neck, décolleté for rejuvenation or to the affected areas for healing (up to 8 drops depending on the area). For relaxation, apply 2-3 drops to the feet or hands and massage. Perform a sensitivity test. Apply daily or in courses.
Cosmetics	Used in creams, serums and balms for mature, sensitive or damaged skin. Effective for scars, pigmentation, acne and rosacea. Dosage: 1-2 drops per 10 ml of base oil.
Sprays	Used in antiseptic, soothing and meditative sprays for rooms, linens or yoga mats. Dosage: 2-3 drops per 100 ml of water. Goes well with lavender, myrrh and sandalwood.
Bath / Inhalation	For baths, add 3-5 drops with an emulsifier (salt, honey, cream) for relaxation and skin care. For inhalations, use 1-2 drops in steam inhalations for bronchitis or cough. Suitable for adults and children over 3 years old.
Internal use	Add 1-2 drops to a VEGGIE CAPS vegetable capsule, 1 tsp. honey or 120 ml of drink (soy/rice milk) to support cellular health. Use 1-3 times a day, daily or in courses. Not recommended for children under 6 years old.
