Application

Directions	Recommendations
Diffuser	Add 3-4 drops to a diffuser to calm, relieve stress and create a relaxing atmosphere. Combines with lavender, bergamot or lemon oils. Apply daily or in courses, as needed.
Applying to skin	Dilute 1-2 drops with fractionated coconut oil (or other base oil, 1-2%) and apply to skin to care for problematic or sensitive skin. Add 1 drop to moisturizer to smooth skin. Perform a sensitivity test. Apply daily or in courses.
Cosmetics	Used in creams, serums, masks for sensitive, oily or mature skin, as well as in anti-cellulite mixtures. Dosage: 1-2 drops per 10 ml of base oil or a portion of cosmetic product.
Hair care	Add 2-3 drops to a bottle of shampoo or conditioner to add shine, eliminate scalp irritation and balance oiliness. Dosage: 1 drop per 10 ml of base product.
Sprays	Used in refreshing, deodorizing or repellent sprays for rooms, body or linen. Dosage: 2-3 drops per 100 ml of water. Pairs well with lemon, mint or cedar.
Bath / Inhalation	For baths, add 3-5 drops with an emulsifier (salt, honey, cream) for relaxation and skin care. For inhalation, use 1-2 drops in steam inhalations for calming and stress relief. Suitable for adults and children over 6 years old.
