How to use	Recommendations
Diffuser	To create an atmosphere of freshness and purity, as well as to lift your mood, use 3-4 drops per day in the diffuser of your choice. It has a fresh, lemon-camphor aroma, purifies the air, eliminates germs, reduces fatigue. Useful during the cold season – works as a preventative and to ease breathing. It has a slight invigorating and at the same time relaxing effect. Apply daily or in courses as needed.
Applying to skin	To cleanse the skin and relieve inflammation, add 1-2 drops to a portion of lotion, cream or base oil (for example, fractionated coconut) and apply to problem areas. Used for oily skin, acne, skin infections, insect bites. Has repellent properties – protects against mosquitoes. For massage for joint or muscle pain, mix 1-2 drops with 5 ml of base oil.
