Inhalation:

• For mood and energy, use 3-4 drops daily in the diffuser of your choice.
• Use daily or in courses as needed.

Topical Use:

• For a calming, warming massage, use 1-3 drops of oil mixed with fractionated coconut oil in a ratio of 1:2 or 1:3. For increased skin sensitivity, dilute 1-2 drops of oil in a larger amount of fractionated coconut oil (or other base oil). Apply daily or in courses, as needed.
• To maintain joint health, mix 1-2 drops of oil with fractionated coconut oil in a ratio of 1:2, rub in with massage movements.
• For a soothing bath, add 1-2 drops of oil to warm water.

Internal use:

It is not recommended to take the oil internally, this may lead to a deterioration in well-being.
