Diffuser	For a full experience and mood lift, use 3-4 drops daily in your chosen diffuser. Used for calming, meditation, antiseptic air purification. Especially good in mixtures with frankincense, sandalwood. Safe for regular use, especially in the evening. Apply daily or in courses, as needed.
Applying to the skin	To maintain oral and throat health, add 1-2 drops of oil to a portion of toothpaste while brushing your teeth. To reduce wrinkles and folds, as well as to prevent their appearance, add 1-3 drops of oil to a portion of a cosmetic product and rub in with massaging movements. Apply daily or in courses, as needed. Safe in moderate dilution (up to 1-2%). Excellent for wounds, cracks, inflammation, herpes, irritation. Suitable for mature and inflamed skin.
