Application

Method of application	Recommendations
Diffuser	To relieve stress, anxiety, insomnia, use 3-4 drops per day in the diffuser of your choice. Has a calming, soft, sweet aroma. Suitable for children, the elderly, sensitive people. Apply daily or in courses, as needed.
Applying to skin	To soothe irritated skin, add 1-2 drops of oil to a portion of cosmetic or base oil (for example, fractionated coconut) and apply to skin. Suitable for sensitive, baby skin, burns, bites, redness, inflammation. Has a powerful healing and anti-allergic effect. Apply daily or in courses, as needed.
Cosmetics	Used in creams, masks, baby cosmetics, products for sensitive skin. Has antioxidant, softening and anti-inflammatory effects.
