Diffuser	For an invigorating effect and prevention of stressful situations, use 3-4 drops of oil per day in the diffuser of your choice. Refreshes and purifies the air. Has a pronounced antiviral and antiseptic effect. Soothes, helps with fatigue and emotional exhaustion. Suitable for winter and seasonal antiseptic mixtures.
Applying to skin	For a soothing massage after hard work, use 2-3 drops of oil mixed with fractionated coconut oil in a 1:1 ratio. For increased skin sensitivity, dilute 1-2 drops of oil in 3-5 drops of fractionated coconut oil (or another carrier oil). In case of discomfort in the joints, apply 1-2 drops and rub in with massaging movements. To create a festive atmosphere, apply a few drops to your terracotta jewelry. Use daily or in courses as needed. Good for muscle pain, colds, radiculitis. Local application – in rubbing and massage mixtures.
