Ingredients:

Essential oils: tangerine, rosemary, geranium, juniper, cilantro.

Inhalation use:

• To clear the respiratory tract, apply 1 drop of the mixture to the palms of your hands and, cupping them near your nose, inhale the mixture for several seconds. Use 1-3 times daily, or as needed.
• For respiratory support, use 3-4 drops daily in the diffuser of your choice. Use daily or as needed.

Topical Use:

• Apply 1 drop of blend in gentle, circular motions.

Internal Use:

• For liver support, add 1-2 drops of blend to a glass of citrus drink, tea, or water. Take orally 1-2 times a day.
• To cleanse the body (especially after heavy holiday feasts), take 1 drop daily for 1 week.
• To support detoxification processes, mix 1 drop of the mixture in 120 ml of water.
