  Directions for Use

  After flossing, apply a small amount of toothpaste to a damp toothbrush. Brush gently but thoroughly, preferably after each meal, morning and night, or as directed by your dentist or oral health professional. For best results, make a mouthwash by dissolving one drop of On Guard essential oil blend in 8 oz. of water. Swish vigorously for one minute, then rinse with clean water.
